Amstar Technologies Pvt Ltd is an IT services organization incepted in the year 2005 which is into enterprise education, consulting, lateral staffing and training venue vending solutions and has partnering with many of the world’s leading businesses over 50 countries, in their transformation journeys for over 18 years headquartered in Bangalore, India with a partner’s support network across major important strategic IT hubs to work closely with clients.
The company is in growing path and has a strong technical force over 500 in their external consulting panel for varied prevailing and emerging technologies both OEM as well NON-OEM based and open source technologies, which apart its in-house marketing, sales, operation, HR, QMS, admin, delivery, design and other teams to efficiently monitor and manage its business verticals successfully.
Management Team
Late Boddeti Venkat Rao – Director – Passed away at the age of 81, a former retired staff member of Tata Iron and Steel Company Limited (TISCo), Tata Steel, Jamshedpur and joined the board of Director of Amstar Technologies in December 2008 and served the board until June 2023. We pained by his demise.

Congratulation to one and all as we step into the 18th successful year of business in 2023. Your company is moving towards the right business rebalancing and resilience post global pandemic effect and the linked catastrophic global financial crisis reacting to changing business conditions globally helping clients to support their customers strongly on the fast-changing technology space that they deliver to their customers and stakeholders through our intense support.
Strongly believe, we are now at the threshold of great opportunity and growth as digital transformation is an integral part of functioning of every enterprise globally to expand our addressable market to gain a decent market share in the years ahead. An opportunity in many forms that can contribute to the entire eco-system and Amstar to help clients embrace the new technologies to cope with to scale and grow, stay ahead of competitive market through our service portfolios and best practices. We are pleased to see the holistic nature of the growth and with the study expanding numbers of growth engagement in the portfolio with near normalcy with the cloud adoption trends and hope to see few strong deals flow in the year.
As we look forward to the future, our client centric approach model, trust, integrity, customer satisfaction, focus on core values, adaptation of newer capabilities, customized business driven delivery models, business contracting structures are strongly build to help, transform, grow, add values to the clients and deepen our client relationships.
