Title: Enterprise Account Manager

Role: Business Manager – Strategic Enterprise Accounts

About the Position:

Overall objective is to drive sales of Amstar’s Partner Software products, services and solutions directly to clients.  Strong knowledge of the IBM Enterprise SaaS product market Sector across India.


  • Must have the ability to call at multiple customer accounts, managing partner relationships and account planning independently and with an extended team.
  • Candidates will be aggressive self-starters with the ability to build executive relationships, articulate our product, services and business strategies, create the demand and close deals.
  • Will handle prospecting, replacing incumbents and successfully managing customer install base.
  • Responsible for negotiating solutions on business issues with peers, partners and customers using a Win/Win philosophy coupled by working on complex technical accounts dealing with CXO and other key decision makers.
  • Experience in working with both clients and internal marketing to convey our relevant business value and benefit customers.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate or equivalent.
  • 4 – 7 years IT Software Product, solution sales experience managing successfully the given sales territory.
  • Extensive experience selling to CXO personnel.
  • Strong communication skills coupled with superior negotiation skills at CXO level.
  • IBM products technical knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Candidates must have a proven and successful sales background developing a business strategy and multi-year business plans, collaborative teamwork, and delivery of customer success by working through partners.

  • Relocation is not required for this position
  • Travel requirements for the position <40%
